He is a graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, an Associate of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), he is also a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS) and Certified Financial Institute (CFI) USA.

Wola has over 21 years experience in Audit, Taxation, Stock broking, Banking and Fleet Management. He has previously worked with KPMG, Babajide Odubanjo & Co and Akintunde Oloko & Co (Chartered Accountants), OMF Securities Limited, Eagle Packaging Industries Limited, Intercapital Securities Limited and Broad Bank of Nigeria Ltd (now Union Bank of Nigeria).

His area of specialty had been Internal Control, Audit and Tax Matters, Risk Asset Management, Stock broking activities and organizational structure

He has attended various training programme like Risk Asset Management Course, Effective organization development, Auditing in Public and Private Sector Organization and Small Business Management workshop.
