Oyewola Abiiba & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants incorporated in line with the ethical standards of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as the Corporate Affairs Commission with registration no BN 2090999 fulfilling the requirements of the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
We are also registered and licensed with the Auditor General of the Federation to carry out audit and other services to Federal Government of Nigeria Ministries and it’s Parastatal.
Our focus is on re-defining the audit, consultancy and tax matters by deploying through innovative delivery of services using appropriate technology for quality, cost management and timeliness.
Our strategic intent is to attain world-class standards ensuring uncommon results through expert and best practice analysis.

Oyewola Abiiba & Co. is duly registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has its registration with Corporate Affairs Commission approved in February 2009.
The firm was formed between professionals of like mind to transform the Audit and Tax Management services in Nigeria, after working in various organizations that provide financial service, audit and taxation and commercial sector.
The desire to create a niche and maintain professionalism and best practice cumulated in the formation of the organization.
Our target is to expand clientele base to local and international firms to be on our retainership.
