He is a graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, an Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), (where he is already due for transfer to fellowship) he is also a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS) and processing his registration with the Certified Financial Institute (CFI) USA.

He has over 24 years Universal and Investment Banking & Audit Experience and had various times held senior management positions. He had previously worked with J.A.A. Adeniyi & Co (Chartered Accountants), United Bank for Africa Plc, NNB International Bank Plc and Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited.

While in full banking service, he had been involved in various negotiations with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). He was also involved in financial advisory services on Bank Mergers and Acquisition of NUB International Bank with First Inland Bank, Intercontinental Bank Plc mergers with Equity Bank, Gateway Bank and Global Bank. The insurance company’s merger of Equity Indemnity was also part of his activity; he has also been variously involved in Initial Public offer and Public offer of Intercontinental Bank Plc 2005 PO, Dangote Sugar Refinery Company 2005 IPO, Oasis Insurance Plc & WAPIC insurance 2005 private placement and rights issue

He had attended various local and international managerial courses in Customer Service Excellence, Initiative Thinking Process, Selling and Marketing Skills etc, comprehensive banking operations, Real Estate Investment Trust scheme (REIT’s), People and team management workshops.

He is also the Managing consultant in the company Ayo Oyedokun & Associates Limited as well responsible for all Financial Advisory Service for the firm of WALK Consultants & Investments Limited

He is also the Vice Chairman/CEO of SPRITE Multipurpose Investment Ltd in which he formed with other financial sector guru’s in Abuja.
